Ofc, thanks for the support! On steam deck there is a strange bug which causes only the top half of the app to be usable if added to game mode, but it works fine in desktop mode.
Super generous op!
AI stuff works great on Linux (have personally run stable diffusion and large language models). Gaming is generally good but some games don't work on the platform (notably rainbow six, and valorant.)
Thanks for the info!
Very cool OP! I don't need any of those games so you can ignore the comment, just appreciation!
Very cool!
Yeah, it's possible he will put out something but pretty unlikely imo
Yeah, I saw a Lemmy to reddit API translation layer, so I'm curious if he would consider something like that, or even just open sourcing the app to the community would be cool.
Same, super stable and cross platform as well.
Christian (the dev of Apollo) has already said he doesn't plan on it, due to how difficult it would be snd the financial viability.
Checkout distro boxes, it let's you install a little mini arch system and stream the apps as if they were native to whatever distro you want through x11. Super fast and simple to setup and means you can use aur on anything you want.
Is there a reason you reposted this? I already put the post on this sub as well haha.
