The bag and the planet pull towards each other.
Their sentiment is that these young women should be saving themselves for their future husbands, and if they don't, they're whores who are getting what they deserve. It goes towards their belief that a man has a right to a woman because she is less than him.

"A familiar face" is a funny way of putting it. I only know of two existing pictures of her, the one shown here and her more official looking portrait. It's weird, like the rest of them.
If I found myself laid out on a blanket that was the same color and texture of my own hide, I'd be a little worried about it's origins.
