I've done absolutely nothing today because I couldn't decide so I'm just in the boredom fog now.

By all means learn the other 6! Depending on the way you measure it possibly that would be Mandarin, Hindu, Spanish, French, Arabic, Bengali. I'd suggest Spanish if you don't already know that.

Depends what state you live in I suppose but I do know there are plenty of Eastern European in the US, however.

Whatever languages you are interested in learning though is of course personal preference.

It is the 8th most spoken language in the world. There are around 265 million speakers. It is the lingua franca of many Eastern European countries and the official language of a few ex USSR countries. It is the language of a lot of great literature and philosophy. It makes travel across Eastern Europe much easier. There are many russian speakers in UK now (where I am from) including russian speaking Ukranians and in the US. Learning russian is a gateway into learning other slavic languages if you're interested in learning several languages.

And finally... learning any language has its value and merits.
