You can back-up purchased games in any storage device for yourself offline, so you don't need to download it again after purchasing it, you fully own it.

They planned to release in September but it got delayed because of Starfield. They're still releasing this year though.

PC definitely, console modding will never be as good because PC gets script extenders, which is what the truely impressive technical mods use.

When you press the image it collapses the comment, I would like that it would open the image and allow zoom in instead.
