Yes! I feel the same when I leave home without one of my pens. The Everyman was a great pen - I never got one, but I remember wanting one when I can across it on Huckberry.
Yep, totally understand this. I’m glad there are other devs ready to pick up the baton.
It’s a luxury purchase, but Lamy makes several fountain pens that will last you the rest of your life. The Safari is a great entry pen, made of the same plastic as Legos. The 2000 is a gold nibbed pen whose design remains unchanged since 1966.

Good sound gear is one of those things where you have no idea the difference it makes until you try it. Particularly if you’re coming from AirPods, etc
If he’s referring to Lemmy.world he’s wrong. Lemmy.world has a different admin who’s not connected at all to Lemmy.ml admins afaik
The Mlem app allowed me to “Favorite” a few core communities. So I’m bouncing between those and the “All” view to try to keep tabs on which communities are picking up steam.
Hashtags are the best way to connect to communities on Mastodon.
