Was working on a game where we drew a fake audio graph to a black texture. The code originally cleared this texture every frame by drawing each pixel black before drawing the audio wave again. I cached the pixels we drew the audio wave to and only changed those back to black saving a huge amount of time.
Well yeah I can because I took U.S. geography. I could do all 50.

Who would draft new legislation? I know it's not just politicians that do this but their staff helps a ton. I just don't see a good system of John Everyman drafting a bill that makes sense. That said I would like to see politicians get fixed cause the system is clearly broken.
