I would assume the amount they make is a percentage of the cart total. That would be the only way to make longer trips worth it. So that would incentivize suggesting more expensive options. But I imagine there’s also a tip mechanic so doing obvious stuff like that could hurt your tip.

Wow that’s truly awful. They beat around the bush a lot in this article but it sure sounds like the “hazing” they’re describing is regular gang rape in the locker room.
It’s been submitted for approval so it’s whenever Apple approves it. In the post, they said that it’ll most likely be about 24 hours which would mean tomorrow morning but it could take longer.
Also, can we not support people putting no effort into the title? It’s really not hard to write a halfway decent title.
There absolutely are rules that apply across fields. One of them is coming up with a hypothesis and then testing that hypothesis and not accepting it as fact until it’s been tested, proven, re-proven, and peer reviewed. That’s the basis of science.
I’m not disagreeing with that, but the person claimed it was 100% true and that’s not how science works lol
I mean, scientifically this is a hypothesis that there is no way of proving. It’s theoretically possible there is a god or gods that whispered in someone’s ear to set up a particular religion and would do the same again if all the religions are wiped out. Competing religions doesn’t disprove that, it would just mean those people didn’t hear the whisper (or maybe misunderstood it). This statement is literally impossible to prove or disprove (without lots of genocide and record destroying).
If we’re gonna base ourselves on science, we should actually follow its rules.
Funnily enough, the only reason I found this is I said when the PS5 released that it was too big and I’d wait for a slim version. But within the past few months I got impatient, thinking maybe it’d never come out. So this was like my final try to see if there was any news about it maybe coming and I found this article lol
Well it was very different a couple days ago. Things got shook up apparently, I don’t know the full story but a bunch of communities got wiped for some reason.
The claim is they used Twitter “trade secrets”. What could those possibly be? The concept is obviously not a secret. Unless they used Twitter’s algorithm or something I don’t see how this doesn’t get thrown out immediately.
But that’s a report because the content doesn’t fit the community. Whether they have an OF or not is completely irrelevant in that case, and saying in the reason that that’s why you’re reporting it will get it ignored instead of fixed.
