I doubt any have rusted this bad. But that looks cool in a way. I would proudly drive that.

When screenshotting the qr, zoom in so it almost fills the screen. I have never had an issue with one scanning.

This is mostly not true. They are extremely privacy focused. The do keep some data on you but it is anonymized and not sold. For example, the maps app will keep the route, but randomly chops both ends off so there is not an exact start and stop. Siri sucks because it runs on devise instead of a server somewhere like all the rest. And they sell adds based on keywords in the App Store. But they do not collect and sell your data like the rest.

A big fear is a future new leadership team changing these policies for a quick cash grab. We need data privacy laws.

If you are using a third party keyboard, the company that makes it can see every keystroke. It is why Apple did not allow them for a long time.

That’s like penny fine to me. Sure, I’ll pay it.

SS is insurance you cannot outlive. 401K’s only work for the middle class and up that are able to out save living and medical costs. They are not the same thing and do not work as a replacement.

Boiling water. Kettle at home and Kuereg with no pod at work. A half teaspoon of sugar. A bit of soy milk. And usually ice.

Edit: not as common, but 90 seconds in microwave works fine.

This is exactly what Sonic does with drinks. They used to have a half price afternoon window, but now I believe you have to use the app to get it (not 100% sure, their food is garbage)

The problem is that is not entirely true. The big programs take in millions. But the hundreds of smaller schools lose money on athletics. It is usually expensed as marketing. It ultimately gets paid by students via tuition or taxpayers.

The real answer IMO is creating a minor league like baseball for both football and basketball. If you are good enough to get paid then go get paid. Otherwise go play college.

Here in the US I wait until the cars stop on crosswalks that are equipped with red traffic lights. I was blown away the first time visiting Europe where cars stopped when we simply approached a crosswalk.

Protects most people from it. The vaccine does not take in 100% of the people it is administered to.

Chinas economy is closer to a single party than communist. Their economy, while heavily steered by that single party and the government shares in ownership of production (socialism), is likely more capitalist than the US. If you can make it faster or cheaper then go for it. They don’t enforce IP rights that hand monopolies to big companies. There are not laws that lock in outdated business models via cronyism.
