Technically this is Bernalillo, but it's part of the Abq metropolitan area, so I'm sure you'll all be ok with the post.
It might be related to LED lights indoors. Try a different light source technology , and see if that helps.
Edit:My gut says it is the sensor because how uniform the stripes are.
