I understand that but the fact I need to verify my identity to purchase something that is meant to be decentralised seems counter intuitive, no?

It seems like everywhere is asking for my ID multiple times and there are multiple international companies involved.

I thought the whole point of blockchain was decentralised so why can't I just buy btc without jumping through a thousand hoops?!?

I tried using bisq but it seems more geared towards traders and you need btc to buy btc :(

any help would be appreciated.

Hi!

I just thought I would let everyone on the new world lemmyverse know that I've written a tool to calculate the scorecard you get at the end of a mutated expedition run.

The aim is that you can know what you can skip and what you have to get for organised runs so you don't waste time.

I'd be interested to know what you think :)

I'm looking at buying the genmitsu 4040 pro swapping the spindle out for a Makita router I already have to initially make coins. Will this give me the detail that I see online from other makers?

Additionally, does anyone have tutorial recommendations for learning how to convert images for use with the above?
