In the US, water usage concerns depend largely on where you live. I personally don’t worry about it in the SE unless there is an active drought.
A tub on each floor is also extremely useful for a lot of things. Basically required for kids. I would like my master to have larger, nicer shower as opposed to a tub and a shower BUT I also want a tub on each floor simply for the utility.
This worked. Definitely needs a “mark as read” option.
