Unless I'm missing something, it seems like they are very close to nuclear weapons. The headline makes it seem like they aren't moving forward, but direct quotes say otherwise. Am I missing something here? It seems like they are a hair trigger away from implementation.
This is a common tactic by every defense attorney... Delay, delay, delay. In my opinion unless you have extenuating circumstances, the request should always be denied.
