I'm using sway because it feels a lot like i3 but for wayland, and I used i3 for years. Got that configuration just right.

Google doesn’t want employees working remotely anymore in c/[email protected]

For those who are remote and who live near a Google office, we hope you’ll consider switching to a hybrid work schedule.

I wonder if/when/how they will recall employees that are no longer near a Google office, or were hired nowhere near a Google office. It may be an easy decision to soft-layoff a low level software engineer, but they'd probably make an exception for a principal ML researcher. They have to draw a line somewhere, right?

Have you found a good way to read a PDF? I can't stand reading for an extended period of time on a monitor or tablet. It is so much easier on the eyes to print things. Maybe you could use a color e-ink reader, but the're so friggen expensive.
