You say that like it's a bad thing!

Mark Rober did a good YouTube video on this.

I loved my fold 3, but the screen just doesn't feel like it was very durable. And the screen protector that is on them only lasts about a year. Getting it replaced was a major pain in the ass since the nearest place that put them on was 3 hours away. And both times they fucked it up and got annoying air bubbles. I finally took it off, but I guess that is a good way to get that black bar going up the middle.

I got a decent deal to trade it in for an s23u I guess. Not going to lie, I DO miss that big screen... But just didn't feel very comfortable with the tech.

Don't worry, they are going to integrate all the features from inbox into Gmail. Any day now.

I quit going to movies when they started blaring loud obnoxious commercials under the guise of "entertainment" prior to the movies supposed start time. Going to a movie used to be a social thing you did with friends, but now with them blasting that shit at you at a volume that makes talking impossible what the fuck is even the point? The fact that ticket prices are climbing to this level with this kind of jack assery is ludicrous. And don't get me started on the 20-30 minutes of previews they show after a movies supposed start time. Just fuck this shit.

It can vary depending on the area you are in and the demand. I haven't gone in for a few years and am now getting emails with a promotion which would pay out $700 for all the donations in the month. It's a little tempting to be honest. After I get through the first month I think it was about $70 a week with various promotions designed to encourage you to come in twice a week for the whole month.

I went in feeling perfectly fine for a donation. Later that day I noticed I had a cold developing which later turned into a bit more. But since I JUST donated plasma it made me feel like absolute shit. Can't remember every symptom that it added, but I know I had very little energy and it took longer to recover.

So as a con, if you are unlucky and donate while feeling fine but coming down with something it is going to hit you hard. And since most places have you donate twice a week your odds are higher of having that happen compared to donating blood (which is usually every other month I think). They do take your temp and ask if you feel fine prior to the donation... But there be a loop hole.

Another con I haven't seen mentioned is they can get busy. My local one was starting to see hour long waits to get seated. Which sucked as it is, but since you are usually hydrating extra that day by the time you get done you REALLY need to go. Place took appointments, but they were pointless as you could make your appointment while sitting in the car outside the building.

Also, not sure if related but when I first started it was very easy to draw blood for me and it went pretty quick. By the end it took them longer to stick me, sometimes multiple tries and my time donating increased a lot with far more errors to clear an air pocket or something. Luckily I started donating blood instead and it seems like my veins are easier to find again and the machine rarely gives an error.

I wouldn't recommend it overall.

Glass backs suck so much. Slippery and fingerprint magnets. If you only want to add some grip and do not want to use a case, something like a dbrand skin helps a lot.

Eggs on hamburgers are awesome, especially over easy!

I tried the peanut butter on my hamburger, and it is okay, but the peanut butter overpowered the hamburger imo. I'd prefer a grilled PB&J to be honest.

Some narrators really elevate a book and make it a better, richer experience. Even if they get AI narrators to sound natural, I don't see how they can capture the emotions of a good book. Be a hard pass for me too.
