I don't have the 40 minutes to watch the video, but I'm not surprised. This is just Goodhart's law in action or as we usually know it chasing surrogate markers because they are easier to measure than the endpoints we're really interested in. I've yet to see a solution though that isn't unfair in some way or other.

Har man AKAP-KR, dvs jobbar kommunalt eller i landstinget tror jag att AMF har billigaste indexfonden
