What is up with the new Pencil USB-C port? in c/apple_enthusiast

I think my brain was expecting the plug to be mounted like it was on the Gen 1 pencil. I guess I thought the angle was weird because I couldn’t see how a plug’s depth would fit in the small cylindrical pencil shape. Interesting use case.

I’m opposite. I want 0 video functionality in the app and just want audio. When they made the YouTube integration more visible I started getting the ick.
