Stalker did it for me. I wouldn't consider it a horror game but it for sure caused unease and anxiety in spots.

Working out to exhaustion is for sure a good way to gain some calm. Though I wouldnt call BJJ an appropriate outlet for rage, not hurting your training partners is the goal. Most of us have work in the morning!

Favorite time killer with friends has been gaming, we have had a semi steady group going through different games for many years.

Favorite active activity/passion has been BJJ. Still terrible at it, still can't wait to get back on the mats and get swept again.

I got Skyrim SE and have been really enjoying the Wildlander mod pack off of Wabbajack (an auto mod installer so I don't break everything)

It basically makes it a more survival focused game, removes level scaling and makes everything feel quite a bit more deadly.

I've only made it to lvl 12 so far but have really been enjoying building myself little camps and trying to survive a much more deadly world.

I started in 2000 right before kunark launched and was it sucked me right in. Made tons of friends and played pretty hardcore up until the end of PoP then got distracted with real life.

I still get the urge sometimes and will hop into a TLP or p99 every few years. Had a good group of friends on red for 2 years or so before the population fell off a cliff.

Just recently played through a pretty amazing emu server that kept me and a friend busy for several months. I'm sure in 6 months or so I'll be looking to come back and get another eq fix in whatever form it takes this time!

I never been a big breakfast person so I usually skip that even when not doing keto. And honestly I'm just not as hungry during keto as the things I typically like to graze on throughout the day are not keto friendly.

I personally stay away from the keto snack substitutes for just that reason, I enjoy not wanting to snack throughout the day. That being said, I use keto for weight loss and not as a lifestyle change so if I planned to stay on it long term I wouldn't be as adverse to keto snacks. I used keto 8 years ago to lose about 65lbs and typically once every year and a half or so I'll jump back on for 4 months as maintenance to keep me in the range I want to be.

As for what I eat for that meal it depends on the day. Typically just some type of meat and vegetable combination. Steak, pork chops, air fried wings, taco salad, eggs, bacon ect are all on pretty regular rotation. For veggies I've found that I can't get enough air fried broccoli or cauliflower, I love the stuff. I don't count the calories anymore but with one meal, you want it to be on the bigger side.

Anytime I've used keto I've also slid into OMAD. Keto usually leaves me with less overall craving for food so it's almost natural.

I'll typically just have some black coffee in the morning then not eat anything at all until around 4pm after work, have one meal then be good until the next day.

Works great for me personally but I assume everyone is a little different.

I feel terrible admitting it but I got Skyrim SE as I have been wanting to try out the Wildlander mod pack for quite awhile.

There is honestly just nothing else like it on the market. DayZ spawned 100s of clone games but nothing else even comes close. There is an endless amount of jank and annoying bugs but the experience of a good DayZ server just can't be matched.
