I've never listened to Italian trap music but your comment made me laugh. You've got me curious: why is Italian trap music specifically is so terrible?
I think I'll still use reddit as a niche knowledge base for a couple of my special interests, but I'm trying to stay away for my social/community needs.
I'm currently scraping a couple of my favourite niche subs so I can locally host copies and eventually avoid reddit proper.

I have three music apps on my tablet personally. One is Spotify, one is Mucke (a nice little app on Fdroid), and one is Vanilla Music.
I use Mucke pretty much exclusively for a band I have an autistic special interest in, both because for me they're kind of their own stuff, and the majority of their vast catalogue is not on streaming apps. Vanilla Music I use for most everything else I have in local files.
I use Spotify first, to support the artists a little, and to discover new music. Local files if it's not on streaming.
