I quite agree. Giving a TV personality airtime is a dangerous gamble, and I'm not sure of the payoff the courts are looking for.
Probably not at all, but exist as a buffer state for the Germans that would be steamrolled.

I dunno, it sounds like they were doing just that with an ad campaign. Just happens to be a more niche audience than people were used to.
