I was going to ask you the same thing! Jk. Well I do love listening to youtube videos on the topic I’m trying to learn while driving or doing chores around the house. Finding an app that has relevant flashcards or exercises to learn the topic is fun.

Both. But it also helps to have a supportive husband. Would recommend.

I can’t remember names. The struggle is real.

I've just created 4 communities on Lemmy instead of starting to study for an important exam in two days. This is a cry for help. But it's also kinda funny. 💀 in c/adhd

I think any good therapist would be fine with you trying to self diagnose. It’s only natural to try to find a way to explain our experiences.
