Was it the aurors that prevented that? Or some high school kids?

Correct, which is why trump has been trying to have his state charges changed to federal charges.

Why would trump being immune protect Jeff Clark from consequences? The supreme Court didn't even state that what Trump did was legal, only that he's immune from prosecution.

As expected, but someone has to say it. 🤣😓

This is very misleading. All she said is that she would sign the border bill that had been negotiated and had broad bipartisan support before Trump had the Senate kill it to try to help his campaign. That bill extends the timeline for spending the 600 million already appropriated for the wall under the trump administration. This is a far cry from Trump's 18 billion wall spanning the entire border. I don't support this bill but I think it is dishonest to claim she has changed her position, merely accepting what was negotiated in Congress and her liking other provisions in it.

Housing - 10,050 Medicare average cost per beneficiary (2022) - 15,730

31065-10050-15730 = 5285 remaining for meals, three meals everyday for a year would be $4.83 per meal, low but doable. This assumes the government will be providing everything with no contribution from the individual. Lack of housing is probably the largest impediment to employment, no address or id for job apps, nowhere to shower and be clean, have clean clothes, etc. Addiction is another issue but safe stable housing would be a major help in getting clean as well. So some number of these people will be able to get back on track and start contributing to themselves and society at large.

I realized after typing I found Medicare instead of Medicaid, it varies by state but average cost per enrollee is 8651, so another 1400 is available in the equation.

My guess is they used his involvement to sell it to distributors. It says they have already made deals for international markets, likely getting more than they would have with a different actor.

It’s one thing to have a director’s cut because of studio meddling of the theatrical release, and it’s another to have one despite the director having creative control of both versions. What’s the point?

In this case he wanted to do an R rated film but the studio wanted PG13. They agreed that the first release would be PG13 he would also get to make his R rated cut for later release.

Afaik they just changed the name. Dread Wolf was the working title but they like veilguard better for release.

If you think the pro-genocide orange man is going to care more about your desires than Biden, I have bad news for you...

Nobody thinks that, but he is not going to make it worse. Israel is running their pogrom at the exact speed they want, Biden, and therefore the US, are not doing anything to slow them down. He gives some minor admonishment and his staff leaks to the press the he is "frustrated with Netenyahu" as if that matters. They say they will sanction some of the illegal colonizers in the West Bank, but then a couple weeks later decide not to. We continue to give Israel bombs and missiles and any other help they need in their mass murder. We are building a pier in Gaza so we can get aid past the Israeli blockade but then Biden says it will be under the control of Israel, so it will not be any more effective than any other crossing. Netenyahu wants the war to continue as it is preventing his corruption charges and the longer he can continue the better chance he has of getting his judicial and government reform in place to further consolidate his power and eventually quash any chance he will be held to account. Forcing the Democrats to actually make policy and take action to resolve the apartheid in Palestine is the only potential path in our broken political system. If you are so concerned this is going to hand Trump victory then start pressuring the centrist Dems to enforce a ceasefire now. Gain the youth vote, gain the anti genocide vote.
