Is it possible to mark the communities you've subscribed to, when browsing all? (self.wefwef)

There are many communities using the same name on different servers. I don’t mind subscribing to duplicates, but I would appreciate an easier way to keep track of them.

[Feature request] Would it be possible to add a setting that allows us to change our default feed? in c/wefwef
