I've been using liftoff. No real complaints. It was having a bit of issues but I think it was mainly due to the influx of users.

Yeah I hear you. Got to level 70 on world tier 4 and I can't be bothered to grind NM dungeons to have a chance at better gear. I just find it boring. I will probably start a new class season 1 because I know my friends will play but we will see how long I stick around.
After looking up the games on steamdb and looking at the packages, all these games have RU+CIS and Asia restricted regions. I'd guess it's one of those regions that can activate these games. A few of them also had Latin America but not all of them. Which is why I'm thinking they are Ru+CIS/Asia game keys. Could be completely off on that though, will be interesting to see if someone from those regions could try and redeem them.
