Not actually how it works. There's two options. One of them has the notifications in the "dead space", but the content never gets eaten up.

(Pinging @[email protected] , just in case you didn't know about this!)

I wouldn't use this myself. Most apps are designed so content fits underneath the camera hole so nothing gets eaten, and even if it does get eaten, the camera is so small that it's not an issue for me

Edit: this is what you have to enable, by the way.
Android menu: "Display cutout", with the "Render apps below cutout area" option enabled

When will the results be posted? I want to see the desserts :)

At this point vpns are popular enough and have enough ads about them that most people will be able to look up 'free vpn' on the app store and download the first one that comes up. They're not difficult to use at all

(assuming that's what they mean by "the fediverse", the use of which was the first big hint that humans didn't write this text)

What do you mean? Do humans not say 'the fediverse'? I've seen plenty of people use it. We are even in a community called fediverse

See what? Posts from threads? Depends on your instance and how you browse.

Lemmy has no microblogging features so you won't be seeing any (unless they're specifically posting to Lemmy)

Kbin I'm not too sure since there are microblogging features but idk how they work.

Mastodon; you will see posts from threads users if you follow them, or if someone you follow boosts a post from them.
If you browse by the explore/posts tab, you might see some threads posts. Also from the 'All'/federated tab.
You'll be able to block threads for your account, or choose an instance that's defederated.

I always used it when I had one.

Now, I use an adapter for headphone jack to USB-C. Every day.

I don't agree at all here. If someone on threads has posts you like, you can follow them. If not, you won't see any posts from threads on your feed.

Your feed will either be the same as before, or better than before.

What do you mean discovery feeds? Like the federated/all tab?

Because those feeds only show posts that the instance knows about, which is (mostly) posts from people that at least one person on your instance followed.

If you check the all tab on a small instance, it's a lot quieter than it is on something like mastodon.social.

For me the biggest selling point of e-ink is for reading late at night. Since it's not backlit it's better for sleep, I think? Easier on the eyes, anyways.

You can't finish the level, but it's a neat skip

I think the admins are doing some stuff, and when I use Adguard DNS using Lemmy from this instance just gives me errors.

If someone's having the same problem, try setting your DNS server to the default setting, that fixed it for me.

I tried using both dns.adguard.com and dns.adguard-dns.com but neither of them worked. I've never had a website block me because of my DNS server before, I didn't even know it was something they can see.

My favorite in the main game is The Summit, I really like the music and the double dashes.

My favorite modded level would probably be Paint in Strawberry Jam. There are so many small secrets and details to find, and the art and custom mechanics are great. The music also syncs with the music, which is amazing.

This video is an analysis of the super Mario bros wonder trailer, and also explains why he's been gone, and the future of the channel. Timestamp in the description.

TLDW; YouTube's problems burned him out, so now he's splitting the channel into two, because that would be better for the algorithm.

Here is a link to the second channel - https://youtube.com/@StefanPerspective-yb1rm
