More than likely deists like the founding fathers were. Buncha intellectuals
Christians don't embrace Trump so much as a subset of Christian nationalists (in direct opposition to Bible,) believe Trump's will converges with the will of God. But if you were to read the Bible, you'd know to render to Caesar what is his and to God what is God's. People who impose law based on the Bible do it to stop sin, but only God's grace can deliver us from sin, not the laws of man in any way shape or form. They essentially sin to stop sin, but sinning can only breed more sin.
As for God being myth: Is hawking radiation a myth? Is Einsteins theory of relativity a myth? No, they're theories and so is God. Some people believe in God because they believe they have direct experience with him, or see within a universe a great mover. It's not beyond plausibility.
Well e^iπ=cosπ+isinπ=-1 but an error of 1 isn't so bad so it's close enough
Do you condemn Christianity because of the people or the book? Because the people dont make the religion, your own faith does. It seems like your experience of people has informed your reading of the book and your faith. If you had difficulties with other people, I won't shed crocodile tears, but I'll wish you the best.
Fuck do I know the ESV I guess
Is there any proof these groups are anything more than LARPers
