Yup, one lf the most painful un subscribing I did. He forgot he was making an art instrument and got lost into engineering nonsense that he doesn't even understand. Under every videos there are people screaming that he is making assumptions that won't work in the real world and others that are just sad because the magic is gone.

Abandoning the MMX felt like being scammed by a shady Indigogo (can't imagine how it felt for the patreons) after so much progress and many years of anticipation.

I still check his videos every few months and just randomly watch a few seconds of the videos, his new plans are ridiculous and uninspiring :/.

Bad bot, if you save less than 20%, maybe don't post?

Are you talking about editing comments? Other than seeing my username I can't see which comment is mine and can't edit them.

Also when replying to someone it shows a grey box in the "replying to section" and when you tfy a "show preview" of your comment.

Text before post feature is very welcome! Along with lemmy.world improvements the app feels great to use!

I am, changed the instance to lemmy.world after the posting issue from lemmy.ml. Both of your points happened, but seems a bit too convenient as I tried to reload the app 3 times with no success but everything went well after the clean install (and everything was fine minutes before update as well). Not sure what's happening but just want to warn testers in case it happens to them, didn't intend to bother you (yet) with that one !

For that post I think it's was definitely a Lemmy thing and I deleted that post when it appeared properly. But simmilarly, not all of my comments appear on my profile in Thunder. I have 5 comments on this account (all on the lemmy.world instance) :

  • Lemmy.world websites shows all 5
  • Thunder shows comment #1, #3 and #5

Might be little for a pattern but could it be an iteration issue ?

Heads up to testers : I had to do a clean install because my app was in a weird connected but not connected mood. Wouldn't show up my feeds, content or account but when I clicked on manage accounts it would still show me as connected, without being able to disconnect said account.

Ces deux fonctionnalités sont dans la dernière release d'hier ! https://github.com/hjiangsu/thunder/releases/tag/v0.2.1%2B10

Scrolling through the feed feels great ! Although I'm getting frequent timeouts due to voting, which would be okay if they didn't crash the feed entirely and I had to refresh and scroll back where I was. Now I'm scared of voting !

Thanks for the reply ! You're right, post doesn't appear on the website either. A bit scary on the lemmy side but not a Thunder issue. Back to testing then :)

Reposting here with my lemmy.world account because I feel like I'm being gaslighted by Lemmy at this point and you guys can't see my post

I apologize in advance if this is a Lemmy thing that I don’t understand but I’ve been noticing some content differences while using the Lemmy apps. I usually brushed those off as performance or API issues but I can’t with this one.

I’ve been closely following Thunder’s development so I was excited to see the nightly community but upon arrival it shows no posts and 5 subscribers. Checking from other apps I can see that there are 2 posts and ten times as many subscribers.

So is it an actual Thunder bug or a weird Lemmy feature ? I thought instances weren’t supposed to impact content ?

On top of that I've made that post to the nightly community on lemmy world but doesn't appear when we look at the community from lemmy world ?
