I would suggest looking at OpenStack and KVM or XEN for the hypervisor.

You also have Proxmox.

I've just checked the last commit for an active branch was last week, the last merge to the main branch was in march, this was just before their latest release.

Looks like it's still actively being look after, but even if it didn't have recent commits it's open source and It's not unusual for people to take time to work on things.

I've trying to move my main desktop over to Linux for years, and getting a Steam Deck was the last thing to convince me. It's been about 8 months now and I won't got back to Windows.

The only exception is the few Forza games I "own" on the Microsoft store, but that's around every other month at best. Really hope the popularity of the Stream Deck can get support for them.

That totally sucks, are you in a customer facing role or is it just the office culture?

I might try it as it's looking a lot better. I really hoped they would have implemented https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=847989 by now as it's the reason I use Geary currently.
