Thanks for stating that I'm, as a cis male, am not excluded. Although I must say that I don't feel very welcome here. Anyway.

Because I'm just a normal cis male and not a 4chan caricature I actually care about women feeling safe and welcome.

Here what can be done.

1. Report any bigotry and sexism.
2. Create (and run) communities focused on things women are more interested in.
3. Instances aimed for women should defederate from notoriously sexist/bigoted Instances.
4. Don't exclude men just because of our gender and sexuality (cis male). Most men are cis male and most of us are potential allies to your causes if you didn't make us feel unwelcome
