Holy shit this is some cursing

It's the main reason for mastodon feeling so off. Subbing to a community is something I can deal with, but having a network where you need to follow individuals and the way of doing it is cumbersome sucks. All of these places would benefit greatly if there was a solution.
Probably has to do with time of day, but it's more snappy anyway. Smaller platform I guess, but it's pretty nice
It really is faster, I noticed that too.
I'm surprised but at the same time not surprised at all, he has that slimy vibe
Sure! And the last thing I got hooked on was The Animal Spirits by James Holden, and his last album too.
Hi, I'm an architect and I eat too much mayonnaise. Used to be on reddit and forums and bbses and I found my way here. I love reading scifi but I wasn't too active on reddit because of the enders game brownshirts. It's nice being here
You are right, but mastodon is just a bad experience for a lot of users. Come to think of it, this place has none of the strange vibes mastodon has.
I stopped buying new a long time ago, it doesn't make sense financially or ecologically. It also doesn't help that I live in a part of Europe where all pc parts are more expensive by default. But used or refurbished is the way to, get a generation older quadro (or whatever they are called now, A something?) and you and your wallet will be happier.
It's too late, this is just the culmination of something that started a long time ago.
I agree about the Three Body Problem, I read it but I don't know what I read. Could be the translation but man it really bounced off.
But I couldn't read VanderMeer, that thing that was really popular, like his version of the Zone from Stalker. Couldn't believe all the hype, felt like gaslighting. Maybe I'll try it again, who knows
