There's a tagging system. If something is tagged with context I'm not in to, I leave it be. If it's not, and I end up seeing it, then I see nothing wrong with downvoting. It isn't a personal attack. That said, tag usage would make my own downvite usage unnecessary because while I have no problems with other people's tastes, I am not obligated to enjoy what repulses me personally.

CisHet male and it damned near got me to leave the fandom.
Not because I have a problem with people doing their thang with whom-/whatever, but because of people who suck ar respecting boundaries.
I have no qualms about knocking haters' teeth out and I have been gleefully derided as an SJW in defense othe comnunity in the past, though I used to tend more barbarian; that said, if I tell you to fuck off while I'm fucking off, that's not an invitation to fucking UWU at me.
