Viele wichtige und richtige Punkte. Einen den ich noch gerne ergänzen würde, ist Haftbarkeit. Nach Entlassung gegen ärztlichen Rat kann man durchaus für Unfälle oder Fehlentscheidungen haftbar sein. Z.b Autounfall nach TIA

Some of the first pacemakers used radioactive batteries. We left that concept pretty fast. And that is considering you have to cut your patient open to change a pacemaker battery. This will not happen in commercial cellphones

I use it on my Sonos atmos setup. It really is kinda hit or miss right now. I can see it working in classical music, there’s some excellent recording by the Berlin philharmonic in atmps which gives you the feeling of being in the concert hall.

Dunno about my heavy metal music though.

As a surgeon myself, the answer is simple.. why hire more people if the ones working for three are dumb enough to continue. Our coming generation will change a lot about that. It’s going to be really interesting soon
