I don't keep track of my weight so I could be wrong here, but more/less than last time wouldn't be very helpful as your weight can vary by the day. You need a trend over weeks to really see what's going on. I definitely wouldn't use pen/paper as it's just too much data to organize and graph, but excel would be a reasonable alternative.

Sure, and I could also turn on/off my lights with a switch instead of having them come on when I get home, and turn off when I leave.

I'd guess automatic history tracking. Step on it every morning and it'll automatically save your weight to Home Assistant or whatever so you can see if you're gaining/losing over time.

Even if my partner and I were gaming 24/7 (we aren't) the pipes would freeze. My fridge is always set to max because, well, I like my things to be cold or frozen if they're supposed to be. I also have better things to do than run around opening blinds when the sun hits them, and closing them when a cloud passes by.

There are a lot more places that don't require a humidifier than Florida. Essentially any rainforest or jungle. I grew up in the PNW and we used dehumidifiers to keep things from molding.

I hate Trump as much as the next guy, but I want permanent DST. I want it to be light when I get home so I can spend some time outside without a flashlight. I don't care if it's dark in the morning, I'm working. Don't tell me to just work different hours, I already work 6am-3pm, which is the earliest I'm allowed at my current job, and a lot earlier than allowed by many jobs. I still only get about an hour before dark where I live.

I'm just cheap. 65 it is in the winter. Put on a jacket. 75 in the summer. Go outside and come back in, it'll feel refreshing.

I'm glad I saw it, but that doesn't mean OP (and others) can't do better.

Not going out of your way to crop the artist's info out is the bare minimum. Friction is everything, if there's a link, there's a way higher chance folks will visit.

Not sharing it in the first place is way more of a dick move than me calling you out for it.

I was also a first time Subaru owner this year... Of a '93 Loyale. I don't think this news affects me.
