I'm not on the medias / courts side here, but what the killer of Brian Thompson did is literally terrorism. (Unlawful) political violence with the goal of pushing an ideology or gaining sympathy for once cause or causing fear and panic. The killcount and wether or not you agree with the message doesn't matter. There don't even have to be deaths. The killdozer rampage was an act of domestic terrorism.

That's awesome. I hosted a little Christmas get together for the international students at our uni because a lot of them can't go home. I used to dislike Christmas and I don't really have anyone to celebrate with, but I'm kind of looking forward to next year.

Politics is not about winning. Sticking to your principles and your morals instead of selling out and supporting the death of thousands in the mediterranean sea and the middle east is worth more than winning some seats in parliament. There is no one reason the right is on the rise. Populism and giving in to the temptation of power are definitely leading factors though.

Everyone in the comments saying that the "left" needs to be stricter on immigration is not reading the news apparently. First of if you are anti human rights you are not left anymore. And if you allow the normalisation of right wing policy you are not left anymore. And if your left party suddenly starts shifting to the right noone votes for you anymore. True leftists are disappointed by you and right wingers won't stop voting for the true right.

Die Entwicklung der US Amerikanischen Wirtschaft ist auf lange Sicht nicht tragbar und hilft auf kurze sicht nur den top 5% der Gesellschaft. Wer nach so einer Entwicklung strebt hofft entweder selbst die Mengen auszubäuten oder glaubt immer noch an Reagans Theorien und ignoriert dabei komplett Umwelt und Klima.
