I once went down a deep dive about western /central /Eastern Europe questionnaires. And it's super interesting, seeing these responses not as a meme, but as collected data. In questionnaires that included only western and Eastern Europe, the V4, especially Czechia, would be extremely close to a 50% / 50% I'll try to dig the research up
