According to a recent report, Canonical's Oliver Grawert has confirmed that Ubuntu's next long-term support release will be offered in two distinct versions.

One would be the usual classic version based on Debian, and the other one would be an immutable, snap-based release that would cater to enthusiasts.

The most annoying thing for me was the huge internet data usage by snap updates but it is better now. in c/[email protected]

Even though it showed 300mb for a Firefox update, but only consumed 80mb and everything updated and working wonderfully ! 😅 😍 👑

The New app store is beautiful 🙌

@QuazarOmega @GenXer Yes for sure..I made the same mistake unknowingly😥😥...

It was the Twitter habit which caused the problem for me "Tagging and mentioning other profiles in every post for reach/other"..

In here in Mastodon mentioning Lemmy page means posting in to that forum.... Right?

@KarnaSubarna Hi..secure boot is already disabled (tried re-enabling and then disabling but no change).

Tried formatting everything and Installing fresh Win11 (latest updated) with Ubuntu 23.10 but problem still persists.

Looking for an alternative Keyboard app in c/android

@pathief Openboard is awesome ❣️ Also just resize the keyboard around 106% and it will be more comfortable😺

Did anyone face this issue on Ubuntu 23.10 beta ? broke my dual boot ! 😭😓😥 But on 22.04, it's working fine! I'm not complaining, just wanted to know.😟 @ubuntu
