It's legal, I just don't react to it well. I've tried for several years. Different strains, different potencies. So, I moderate. It's not a perfect solution, but what is?

I tapered escitalopram down following my dr's instructions, in part 3 of my "no more meds" push a couple of years ago. Worst taper of the three, and one of the other two was lorazepam.

Had to stretch the taper schedule out to six months and take tiny steps down and still dealt with terrible brain zaps and intermittent panic attacks throughout the six months and for a month or so after.

I'm "better now" and much more present in my day to day life but without the meds there's no safety net so I work out often, practice mindful meditation and breathing exercises, and have a "moderate" drinking problem.

This.

I had someone the other day tell me the Tiananmen "tank man" incident never happened. We were discussing cognitive biases and she used this as an example of confirmation bias. But naturally she was arguing that anyone who didn't share her world view suffered from confirmation bias.

When I said "the incident did happen and there's photographic evidence" she told me "Google it there's no photo "

Well, we googled it and there is, in fact, a photo. There's more than one, actually.

I decided that presenting facts no longer was the point of the conversation when she shifted to the argument "that photo is known to be staged."

It's on 10acres so you're mostly paying for the land. Structure is maybe 50k and a teardown for many I suspect.

Looks a bit wrinkled, corners aren't boxed.

Sounds like a spanking is in order...

Lol, my buddy, who is not a cop but interacts with them fairly regularly for his job, has the punisher logo on his watchface.

He's a good guy but I regularly tease him for it, and some of his viewpoints.

100% agree although my fancy pants Garmin scale is absolute shit at measuring body fat. Could be there are better but I'll stick to the caliper test myself.

This cycle is what I go through every time I start working out again. For at least a few months, whatever weight I started with is where I'm more or less going to stay but it gets redistributed to places that aren't my stomach and neck so I ultimately look and feel a lot better even though the scale would argue I haven't done shit at all.

How about a watermelon gazpacho soup? That would be a fruit soup, which when served cold (as it should be) is effectively a blended fruit salad smoothie
