The food prices went up 20% so my logic is if I continue to tip the same % the waiters should still make more money. Increasing the food prices and also doubling the tip is just double dipping. My work isn’t paying me 20% more every year so I can’t be paying for everyone’s inflation.

Racism exists all over the world though. I wouldn’t say USA is a bad place to visit based on your examples, even though they are valid. If you are just traveling visiting tourist places you should be fine. I’m a brown person in the US, what are the chances of me being targeted in a different country with mainly white population? Fairly high.
It will be a called a “donation” or Tesla will spend the money on lobbying.
My SO always reminds me how I wanted to buy a Tesla around 2018 and was a big fan of Elon Musk having read his biography. Fortunately or unfortunately he decided to not keep his mouth shut lol. I won’t consider buying Tesla for any reason, even if they start ranking as the best quality built car.

That’s California though, where everything is expensive. In the east coast I paid around $0.20 this summer which includes peak hours. Although it has steadily gone up in the last few years. It used to be $0.12-$0.14.
That’s not how freedom is defined in the constitution though. We are not in China or North Korea but are heading in that direction.
