Entkriminalisierung INKLUSIVE legaler Abgabe aller Drogen (durch Behörden, Apotheken oder was auch immer) ODER komplette Legalisierung.

Ein Verkaufsverbot führt zu keiner guten Lösung.

Meine Grundidee ist weit entfernt von Anarchismus. Bestraft werden müssten Drogen-Panscher, keine (dann) legalen Verkäufer oder Konsumenten.

Bei totaler Legalisierung, würde der Schwarzmarkt eh zusammenbrechen.

Vorteile, die mir ohne großes Nachdenken einfallen:

  • Weniger Drogenkriminalität (auch Beschaffungskriminalität)

  • Gesündere Konsumenten, Entlastungen des Gesundheitssystems

  • geringere Beschaffungskosten

  • mehr Selbstbestimmung des eigenen Körpers
