PayPal implements default data sharing with third parties: users must manually opt out in c/[email protected]

Note, I turned off this setting as soon as I got the email from Paypal. After seeing this article, I followed the steps to make sure I'd turned off the correct slider. It was the right slider... but it sometime in the last six days they turned it back to on.
