What are you even talking about?

China stopped being economically Marxist in the 1980s. The only thing that they kept from Marxism was all the authoritarianism. Cuba isn't doing too hot though, their doctors literally get paid $50 a month
If you have the ability to learn, then learn from history. It states very clearly in big bold letters that MARXISM IS A FAILURE
Capitalism is not perfect, it has many problems and requires many adjustments, but despite it's flaws it is objectively better than Marxism. Why? Because it has actually been proven to work.
They could, but they're pretty much guaranteed to not be as bad as the big corporations because they lack the resources and know how. The fact that you could also host your own instance is a huge plus considering that you could basically ensure that your data won't get collected.
Cultural hegemony is literally a Marxist concept that only exists to justify the ideology, not the other way around. No matter which way we slice it, Marxism in all its forms is a failure. It's a failure both on paper and in practice. It has resulted in just as many, if not more atrocities than fascism... Yet fascism has been rightfully demonized and put to rest, but Marxism hasn't. It's time to move past Marxism, it's wrong and it'll never work.
Perhaps those were the most efficient jokes?
Lemmy is basically just a decentralized clone of reddit. A public profile containing comments, posts, upvotes, and the like are considered an integral part of the Reddit experience. I personally don't like it as a feature, but that's why it exists.
The point I'm trying to make is that these things are open to interpretations. There are religious people who take them literally and other religious people who don't.
Link doesn't work.
Also it doesn't take a genius to point out the obvious. Anybody can tell you that fire is hot, water is wet, Hitler was a bad man, and Marxism is a failure. Marxists coping with the failures of Marxism have the same denial as conspiracy theorists. There's literally no way about it. Marxism is in the same boat as feudalism, Nazism, absolute monarchies, or religious theocracies. They're complete failures that need to be left behind in the past where they belong. Marxism didn't work yesterday, it's not going to work today, and it won't work tomorrow.
