I recently started paining my nails. It's definitely very handy that it easily gets of skin because I can't for the life of me manage to only paint my nails. I'm currently looking to get those top coats, because the nail polish chips off pretty easily after a few days, which is quite annoying.
Yeah exactly, I'm definitely not planning to buy one every year. But maybe every 2nd or 3rd year just to get the updates. Or at the end of the year when it's 10 euros or something. It's the same as with Fifa and other sports games. Enough people buy one every year, so apparently some people want to pay this fee.
I heard some stuff about Arch actually coming with an installer itself nowadays, but I haven't tried it yet. Fedora has been nice though. It felt very polished and I haven't had any big issues yet. Packages seem quite up-to-date. But of course it's not on my main PC, so I'm not using it as often as Arch.
This sent me into a wonderful rabbit hole. I haven't been on that site for years and had never read their pages on programming languages before. I love how they manage to write so much nonsense. Even ChatGPT can't beat the amount of nonsense they're writing

WAT?! Like, serieus? Goed dat ze dat afschaffen, wat een waanzin. Ik begrijp prima dat men af wil van namen die destijds maar gewoon een beetje verzonnen zijn na de afschaffing van de slavernij. Naar mijn mening een heel goed iets dat dit nu makkelijker wordt.

Yeah exactly. I don't mind people who read about communism and think it's a good idea. I used to think communism was better than capitalism when I was younger as well, although I was not at all as well read up on it as some people here. But a subset of them (who I refer to as tankies) appear to support all kinds of horrible regimes because they used to be "communist" like China or sometimes even Russia.
I never said I was 100% against the idea of communism, nor against people who think it's a good idea. I'm simply against the subset of commies that seems to blindly defend horrible regimes like the Chinese communist party. And sadly the latter seems well represented here, which is the group I'd refer to as tankies.
