People in California in technically temperate climates are fruiting lychee and longan in limited amounts. Rambutan is truly tropical though.

No clue but it took me the longest time to realize why I couldn't see my pip boy - turns out I was crouching which made me invisible. In order to see it I had to leave sneak which doesn't really make sense for stealth.
