This one will probably take me another listen or two to fully appreciate. As much as I love Radiohead I'm pretty happy with The Smile's output and can't say I'm too heartbroken Thom and Jonny are spending their time with this. Look forward to hearing more!

I've done maybe half of them of the quests so admittedly I haven't been pushed to my limit haha.

Interesting condition you have though - I'm sure it comes with some good and bad!

I think the graphics and the art look fine. What I really want is for this game to be Obsidian's big comeback and for the RPG elements to feel fully realized and fleshed out. I'm not sure if I'm totally sold from the trailer but I have Game Pass and look forward to trying it anyway.

That's funny because I feel the opposite - I think the additional instruments make the song more pleasant ¯_(ツ)_/¯ I completely understand though how annoying a repetitive song in a game can be.

If you like third person shooters I would check out Metal Arms: Glitch in the System. I don't think it sold very well but it had a lot of charm and I remember having fun with it as a Ratchet and Jak fan.

Switch Pro controller. Xbox has a good controller but requiring AA batteries or an adjacent solution for a controller in 2023 is crazy. Switch Pro can last up to 40 hours on a rechargeable battery and it's just as comfortable.

I'm going to hop on the rateyourmusic bandwagon. I've been using it for many years and documenting the music you've heard by virtue of rating them is incredibly helpful to understanding your own taste and finding bands in a similar sub genre as your favorite music. The chart function is incredible.

Another way I discover new music is simply jotting down albums discussed in forums like this one that I haven't heard before. The trick is not be too picky and just jump into anything and everything. Not everything will be a winner but I've discovered some of my favorite music ever by simply checking out projects that other users mention.

I really enjoyed my first listen. Definitely a different beast than Infest the Rats Nest. This new album almost seems like a mixture of that album and Ice, Death, etc since this is much proggier. These guys don't miss!
