An argument I heard, and adopted is that it's never "just" cosmetic. Your enjoyment of the game is impacted by how you perceive your avatar. This is why fortnite skins sell so well to new players. It's not just cosmetic to drop $20 on Cuddle Team Leader. It makes a user feel silly and increases enjoyment running around as an obvious pink mascot costume. It prolongs how long you play both by increased enjoyment, and sunk cost fallacy. In any game with cosmetics, purchases drive playtime.

It's definetly something disclosed in Louisiana, in places where superstition runs deep. It can make or break a sale there, on both sides.
But really most "haunted" houses have issues with carbon monoxide creating hallucinations and forgetfulness, causing you to see things or people happening, or find like cups and plates "in places I didnt put them".

"Which party is better for the economy"
Fuck those 114.6 million people in the US who were food insecure in 2023 source Didn't they know The Economy was booming? Maybe if they knew they wouldn't be starving to death/ facing less than optimal purchases of healthy food.
Which party is better for the actual citizens who live here not the 759 Dragons
*Edit: My reply was meant to be a knee jerk specifically to the title of the article - leading with the question about how which political party is good for the economy, as if humans are second to "line go up". The answer is the same, obviously, but how it was framed makes it a money focused question, rather than a "citizen's issues" question.
It's fly as hell?
I did get these 2 mixed up for a long time. "You mean the serial killer?" Man I was dumb. I mean I still am but I was then, too.

Do people seek out haunted houses to actually live in?
Absolutely. In a recent Zillow® survey of prospective buyers, 29% said they were more likely to buy a home if it was haunted. Only 33% said that nothing could convince them to buy a house they would have to share with spirits.
