Adding

[Settings]                                                                                                                                                                
gtk-theme-name=Adwaita-dark

to $USER/.config/gtk-4.0 and $USER/.config/gtk-3.0 should do the trick.

SublimeText with this plugin: https://github.com/mvoidex/UnicodeMath

Despite the name, it works for all Unicode characters :)
