In addition to taxation, make them share their wealth with all of their employees. Their working people deserve the money more than the government.

It's crazy that she would not have even had the option to terminate the pregnancy in my backwards state.

I had a hopeful but naive view of humanity. I thought that progress in science and technology would naturally lead to a more educated and tolerant society. Sigh.

Back in the '90s everything messed up was "gay." The teacher won't let you turn in late homework, that's gay. Recess was cut short by a fire alarm, so gay.

I thought we'd moved past that immaturity.

These "justices" are a national disgrace and make a mockery of our justice system. They must be impeached and removed and ethics and honor restored. (This requires a 2/3 vote in the Senate which is unlikely to happen since many senators are equally corrupt and need to be removed as well.)

Yes, it is a system of slavery with wages. I refuse to work to make the rich even richer still, which eliminates most job prospects. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wage_slavery

It can be remedied by introducing democracy and profit-sharing in the workplace in the form of employee ownership. A well-known business of this form is Bob's Red Mill. https://www.bobsredmill.com/employee-owned

And laundry... I find the barrier to making myself do these things is significantly lower if I am listening to an audiobook at the same time.

My high-functioning son is 10 and and I would like your daughter to know it can get better. Keeping calm is a skill you can develop with time and patience.

Being outside away from people and in nature seems to help calm my son quite a bit. He is learning to be less triggered but sometimes he just needs time away until he can collect himself. Pets and stuffed animals seem to help him, too.

I agree that would suck. It would have to be a reliable feature that does not put the user at risk.

It would make it harder for high schoolers and dumb criminals to shoot up schools, unless they are sophisticated enough to build their own guns. Increasing the barrier for entry would not be a bad idea.
