Maybe I’m the one confused here, but you shouldn’t need a kbin account. You can subscribe and post to kbin communities just like you can to other Lemmy instances

And wefwef.app is a web app so it works on iOS or android, no download neeeded

Things aren’t working perfect right now either. The random sports score bug is quite confusing

Sure it will put off some users, but those are the lowest effort type of users anyway. I think most people who were online enough to be heavy reddit posters will not have much of an issue grasping how Lemmy works

Also the Fediverse actually feels like it could be a viable Reddit replacement, unlike with Twitter. Mastodon is cool, don't get me wrong, but Twitter is so centralized by its very nature. It's laser focused on certain tweets or topics that are trending across the entire site. Meanwhile Reddit had all these small communities moderated by volunteers who lose nothing by moving to Lemmy
