Weird genetic quirks are like getting shafted by the mutant X gene. I have a photic sneeze reflex, which is the worst super power. Bright lights (Inc. the sun) make me sneeze... I'm still waiting for that acceptance letter Xavier

Great answer. It's really easy to underestimate how long to cook down the onions and tomatoes to get the right flavour profile. I know it took me a while to get down.

It's the first I'm hearing of this, so I'll have to check that out. Thanks

It's very soft, like a set custard or pudding texture, so won't hold up to a lot of cooking. You can use it in mapo tofu or stews like sundubu jjigae, but I just have it straight from the packet with some rice and a sauce. It's very mildly flavoured, so you can also use it instead of vegan yoghurt or cashew cream to make sauces, or when you want to make a dish 'creamier'.

Definitely a basic-bitch, 'can't be bother to cook' version

Sounds pretty similar to the start of Wall-E

Didn't realise until a few years ago that this track is a cover

It's a bit clumsy but yeah. It's far better than the repeated use of 'slams' or 'blasts'.

How many people are inside one of that size?!

These are lovely. The beauty of expression displayed between the three, and the progression of style. What a wonder the man left for us all

I like the Enterprise uniform. It does exactly what's it's meant to do. It's incredibly evocative of the 'new frontier' vibe of modern day astronaut ware and really plays in to Enterprises whole 'submarine in space' aesthetic. I totally understand why it's not as liked, as it's maybe too close to modern for some, but as Enterprise is that bridge between now and then, it works for me.
