I use Chiaki4deck to play golf/adventure/strategy games. The input latency is less forgiving in racing/fps/survival genres.

The rog ally has had micro sd issues, make sure that is resolved if you choose one over the steam deck. The deck boots right to steam so you don’t need to touch the Linux os unless you want to branch out.

Pretty simple, did the flat foot crank to build oil pressure before starting it up. Plug did not seem to have a crush washer on it from factory, so I’ll have to keep an eye on it for leaks. Took pictures with the date and products just to verify in case of warranty work later. Took about 25 minutes total. Also, you can enter your maintenance into the my Subaru app, but the dealer doesn’t connect the dots automatically.

What year of outback? And what types of things are you looking to carry? Most newer outback’s have cross bars built into the roof trim, they just pivot out and connect to the other side. I picked up the Yakima skylines for my Wrx, mainly due to the low profile which should be less noisy. I’d check out outback forums should be a ton of info there for every year.

Wait wait don’t tell me actually records on Thursday. I’ve tried to get thru, but never have. I am also an avid wwdtm listener of 20 years. It’s crazy how consistently good the delivery is. Let us know if you get that sweet voice of your choice on your voicemail. I’ve tried to call in various times before show start but have never been the caller. Good luck!

I appreciate it! I rarely find someone with my same distaste for chromium. Installing Mullem now

It’s something at the network level, it fails on centurylink but works on T-Mobile, for me at least.

I struggled for years, and then the burnout got bad enough where it forced me to choose between keeping obligations with friends and family and maintaining my commitments at work.

I now have a very well defined separation from work time and my time. I picked up some hobbies, and I try to avoid leisure time at my desk with my work laptop on. It can wait til the morning, it can wait til Monday. No one is going to die in my line of work if I don’t push out a fix or get ahead on project planning.
