I've tried everything you've suggested and still no luck (Guest browsing session, Firefox download....even allowing 3rd party cookies on the site). I'm not sure what the console tab is...but I'm guessing it's showing the code. Are these the screenshots you want?

Thank you sooo much for reaching out! I'm using a Xiaomi (Mi) notebook pc and a chrome browser. No VPN and I can't use mobile data. I've changed to internet explorer and It was the same situation... stuck at starting. I opened the browser console, but there were no red messages, just orange . it all looks like this. I hope It can be fixed😒 ! Thank you again for looking into this !!
